Accueil sympathique, proximité de la gare, bonne insonorisation vers l'extérieur (pas de bruit venant de la gare ou de la place) .

Les canalisations font un bruit véritablement trop fort, le problème de l'inversion des robinets froid/chaud du lavabo (il faudrait prévenir les clients) . Attention à bien nettoyer les prises électriques même celles derrière la porte (très poussiéreuse ce qui peut être dangereux) .

L'accueil, les renseignements donnés par le réceptionniste pour les idées de sorties - repas du soir dans le secteur, la chambre spacieuse, et le calme sonore tout en étant à 50 mètres de la gare

Excellente situation dans la ville de Grenoble : on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied commodément. Très bon accueil et très bon standing de l'hôtel. Une curiosité notable : la mise à la disposition des clients, dans le salon de l'hôtel, de plusieurs rayons de livres de la littérature classique, dans les meilleures éditions (Pléiade ou Classiques Garnier par exemple), ce qui invite à laisser tomber les écrans au profit de Balzac ou de Montesquieu à déguster dans un fauteuil. Trop rare pour ne pas être salué à sa juste valeur.

Un petit point négatif. En ce qui concerne la chambre 222, ne pas oublier de remplacer les lampes "grillées" ce qui éviterai de rentrer dans le noir dans la chambre . ceci dit, je reviendrai certainement

Vue magnifique Chambre spacieuse Salle de bain agréable 1 er acceuil en réception vraiment très agréable la jeune fille etait très gentille et disponible notamment pour ma demande sur la propreté des toilettes

Dommage que les toilettes étaient sale Et l’assise défectueuse.. apres Réclamation a la réception ils ont vite fait nettoyer cela mais bon à éviter L’accueil en réception à mon arrivée vers 15:00 était super Dommage que certains soit au téléphone en haut parleur On a l’impression de déranger du coup.

very clean and the staff are very nice

the AC is weak in the evening and I had trouble sleeping because of it.

La taille de la chambre, La douche qui inonde le lavabo et ce qu'il y a dessus (pas de rideau), La climatisation disponible à la fin de mon séjour alors que les chaleurs étaient déjà là.
